By converting a large, underutilized property into a premium coliving space with two private en-suite rooms, specially equipped for the needs of remote workers, and extensive shared amenities, we position ourselves in a high-demand niche: exclusive, community-oriented stays for remote workers. With limited capacity and premium facilities, the property will command above-average rates, ensure strong year-round demand, and benefit from low (to no) competition in the local market.
Why this will work? The project was initiated by us, Anita and Sandro. We are both remote workers and know exactly what is needed for a great coworking and coliving space. We will provide everything a remote worker could possibly dream of in our Coworkers Paradise!

About the House
The house was built in the early 1960s and is a two-story building facing the east and west. Core renovation has started! Big glass doors lighten up the space and make it even more welcoming. In addition, the typical Spanish flat roof will be replaced by a pitched roof, so we can make optimal use of the space for solar panels. Also, the garden will be completely redesigned.

How It Works
We know that money is a matter of trust. Therefore, we make everything transparent. An official contract, communication of construction progress, and 100% security are a given for us.
1. Reach out to us (Apply for the investment)
Contact us and we will schedule a get-to-know call. We would then send you the investment contract for signature.
2. Wire the loan and book your stay
You earn 7% p.a. in interest and you can book a free stay every year (the more you invest, the longer you can stay for free).
3. Full repayment plus interest
Full repayment after 12 months (or rollover option possible). Interest on the investment is paid annually.
Calculate your profit
Since we believe that you should know in advance how much your profit will be, we offer you the opportunity to calculate your expected profit. Please select the amount invested and the desired term for your investment.
The investment remains in place for 12 months. After that, you decide whether you want to extend the investment and continue receiving the profit or have your money paid back. If you decide to continue the investment, we will pay you the interest every 12 months.
