The Process
1. Your Decision
Your journey with us begins by choosing to invest in our project. To make sure we’re the right match, we’ll start with a friendly introduction call. This helps ensure everything feels comfortable when you come to enjoy your complimentary stay. We’re truly excited to meet you and get to know you better.
2. Contract
After our get-to-know-you call confirms that we’re the right fit, we’ll move on to the next step. We’ll then provide you with the contract for your review, ensuring everything is clear and transparent right from the start. After signing, you transfer the selected investment amount. Done!
3. Payout
After 12 months, you’ll receive a 7% return on your investment, and you can then choose whether to continue or conclude your investment. For example: if you invest €10,000, you’ll receive €700 in interest after just one year — a rewarding return on your support!
4. Stay for free
And as a special bonus, once construction is complete, you’ll be invited to enjoy a complimentary stay at Coworkers Paradise valued at €1,000. For every €10,000 invested, you’ll receive one free week with us each year.
