I’m not a digital nomad. Does the investment still make sense for me?
Yes, you can also invest if you are not a digital nomad. The investment program does not depend on your profession or lifestyle. It is an investment for anyone who wants to invest in real estate, without any specific requirements regarding personal circumstances.
Who can benefit from this investment program?

This “Invest & Holiday program” is ideal for people who want to invest in property and earn an annual return while also enjoying personal holiday time in one of the rooms in the supported property. It is particularly attractive for those who enjoy traveling, appreciate staying in luxurious rooms, and like meeting other like-minded guests. For every €10,000 you invest, you will get one week of free accommodation per year with us.
Staying in one of the rooms is, of course, not a must. So if you only want to invest, you can do so without any problems.
Is this investment open to international investors?
Yes, investors from all over the world are welcome to join this amazing coliving project. There are no location-based restrictions or other limitations for participation.
What is the purpose of this investment opportunity?
The investment will be used for the “Coworkers Paradise Gandia (Valencia)” project. Investors contribute capital to complete the construction of the house, furnishings, etc., and in return, earn an annual interest as well as exclusive accommodation benefits.
The house will operate as a coliving space, offering community-based living, flexible stays (minimum 4 weeks per stay), and shared facilities, creating both stable income potential and a unique lifestyle experience for guests and investors.
What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum amount for participation in the Invest & Holiday program is €10,000. You are then entitled to annual interest and a free one-week stay. Higher contributions are possible in multiples of €10,000.
What is the maximum investment amount?
The maximum amount is €250.000, which means there are only 25 investment slots available for each €10,000.
Are there ongoing costs or fees?
No, there are no ongoing costs or fees regarding the investment program. On the contrary: the investment amount is paid and from that point on, the investor profits. The investment generates interest, which is paid out after 12 months. In addition, a free stay in one of the rooms in Coworkers Paradise is included.
However, fees may apply to investment transfers between accounts that are not located in the European Union.
How long is the investment term?
Each investment is fixed for a period of one year. During this time, the invested capital remains locked and cannot be withdrawn. After 12 months, investors receive the interest earned and can choose to either renew their investment for another term or withdraw their capital.
What kind of return can I expect on my investment?
There are two different returns:
1. Investors receive a fixed annual interest rate at the end of a 12-month period. The exact percentage and payout details are outlined in the investment contract.
2. In addition to the financial return, each investor receives one week’s free accommodation per €10,000 invested in one of the coliving rooms each year.
When will I receive my returns?
Returns are paid annually, upon completion of the one-year investment term. Unless otherwise agreed, each payout includes the initial investment amount plus the agreed interest. Every investor has the option to extend the investment for another year.
How does the free stay benefit work?
For every €10,000 invested, you can enjoy one week per year of free accommodation in one of the coliving rooms in Coworkers Paradise. For example:
€10,000 investment = 1 free week
€20,000 investment = 2 free weeks
€30,000 investment = 3 free weeks
The free stay can be booked after the property is completed and operational, subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates.
Can the free stay be transferred to someone else?
We take the time to get to know each investor beforehand to ensure a good mutual fit, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. For this reason, the complimentary stay is exclusively transferable to immediate family members of investors.
Selling of the free week is not allowed.
Can I use the entire vacation property?
For every €10,000 invested, you’ll receive a one-week complimentary stay at the property. Your stay includes a private room with an en-suite bathroom, while the common areas are shared with the owners and possibly one or two other guests.
Available shared areas are the kitchen, the living room and the pool and garden. The use of bicycles and beach equipment is for free as well.
Are there any risks involved?
Not really. Each investor receives an official investment contract. In the unlikely event of the owners’ death, an insurance policy is in place to secure all investments. Moreover, the property’s current market value already exceeds the total invested amount, ensuring that the asset holds greater value than the capital invested.
During the phase of construction, minor delays or occasional supply bottlenecks for materials or furnishings may occur. However, such situations do not present any risk to the security or value of the investment.
In addition, demand in the coworking and coliving market is very strong and continues to grow, making this a solid and future-oriented investment opportunity. Furthermore, land and real estate prices in the area have risen significantly over the past two years, steadily increasing the property’s overall value.
And the best part: all costs incurred so far have already been covered by the owners’ private funds. The property has already been purchased and fully paid for. This project is therefore not a dream, but reality.
Can I invest in other currencies?
Yes, you can also invest in currencies other than euros. We also accept crypto currencies on request.
How does the investment work?
1. First, we get to know each other to ensure mutual fit and clarify any questions.
2. Then, you will receive the official investment contract for review and approval.
3. Once the terms are agreed and the contract is signed, you transfer the investment amount.
4. After 12 months, your interest will be paid out to you.
5. Your investment also gives you access to a free stay.
6. At the end of the one-year term, you can choose to reinvest your capital or withdraw it.
How will the investment capital be used?
The investments will be allocated to:
• Completing construction
• Interior finishing
• Furnishing rooms
• Completion of garden
• Pool and pool area
• Preparing the property for coliving operations
This ensures the property becomes operational and revenue-generating as soon as possible.
