New Architectural Plans
The ground floor of the house will feature two offices, an open-concept dining area, a spacious living room, and a modern kitchen. Additionally, there will be one bathroom. The kitchen will provide direct access to a storage room, which is connected to the garage.

A newly built staircase leads to a hallway on the first floor, from which three en-suite bedrooms branch off. A separate utility room is planned to house all the electrical installations of the property. On the pool-facing side, a terrace wraps around the entire floor and is accessible from all three bedrooms.

Rental Space
With the new layout, the house will feature several rental spaces designed to generate income. Private rooms offer tenants privacy and are rented separately, while the public areas are included in the monthly rental rate. These shared spaces include the dining and living rooms, kitchen, pool area, and garden, providing a comfortable and communal environment for all residents.
